After a decade of using various bike shops around town, I was pretty jaded and didn't expect to find a shop that provided great customer service. I came to CleverCycles specifically to get a cargo family bike but I'm hoping they service standard road bikes as well because I don't want to give anywhere else my business now. I interacted with owner(s) and employees between emails, phone calls, and three visits, as this was a big purchase. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, and adept at customer service and super friendly and welcoming when I had my toddler in tow as well. I can't recommend them and the shop enough and that's not even mentioning the incredible cargo bike that I'm excited to ride and enjoy for years to come. Thank you!
