There is nothing honest about the valet drivers or manager Mustafa at the Seelbach Hilton location. I valet parked my flawless 2014 Tundra with them and received it back with scraped damage on the right front bumper, headlight and trim piece. He said it wasn't his fault because none of the other vehicles next to mine was damaged. It happened sometime when I left the truck with them and when I picked it up from them..probably in transit between the front of the Seelbach and the parking spot. My truck console was rummaged though as well and Mustafa wouldnt accept responsibility for it either because he interviewEd the drivers and they said they didn't do it. Who would admit to something against their policy. If you have a flawless car and don't want it rummaged though, don't valet park at the Seelbach hotel in Louisville, KY. The worst experience ever and a lying manager on top of it. I know Seelbach doesn't manage the valet but they need to get an honest valet service. DO NOT Valet park at the Seelbach, they are the most crooked people I've ever dealt with.
