My husband had gone out of his way to find a reall...

My husband had gone out of his way to find a really nice hotel, a room with a view, a super special get away. This was the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at, and I was thrilled with the size of the room, the large screen TV and the bathroom was stunning. Then we tried to log onto the "free wi-fi" which was minimal and limited access for casual surfing. I guess watching a video at YouTube that last longer than 5 min is a "luxury" and you should pay extra for "premium access". Ok, lets watch that big TV, oh wait, $18-$25 per movie on demand. $9.99 for 24 hours of someone else's playlist if you wanted music.

2 of us, but only one coffee cup with 3 lids.

The bed was well worn and had a major dip in it that forced you to sleep in a bowl. The pillows divided like the red sea and swelled up around you, suffocating you, refusing to maintain any sort of pillow like qualities. I didn't sleep at all and spent the next day in agony, my husband likewise.

That lovely large screen TV was actually too big for the room and located off center. It was overwhelming and felt like we were sitting at the front row of a crowded cinema, you know, the worst seats in the house.

We were only there for one night, scheduled to leave early the following morning and were floored to learn that on top of all of the other charges we had to pay to park in the Hyatt's own parking lot.

Finally for $170 a night you can put some softer toilet paper on the spool.

Sure we could have asked for more of everything or I suppose requested them to exchange the bed or our room at 1 am when we had to get up at 7 am. . No matter how you look at it, by the time we realized the problem, it was already too late.
Maybe some people can afford this, but this was a once in a lifetime thing for us and it was sheer misery.

We didn't ask for money back, can't imagine when we could ever take another trip like that. If we ever do we would never do the Hyatt anywhere ever again. There's making a profit and then there's pure greed....
