The hotel is very nice, recently renovated.

The hotel is very nice, recently renovated.
Excellent location, next to Oslo Central Station.
Rooms are ok too, though views are not particularly beautiful due to its central location.
We had an issue with our booking. It was overbooked and they assigned us a cheaper room than what we had paid for. After a lot of insisting, they gave us a small discount and moved us to our original room on the second night. Not properly managed.
Service is good otherwise, friendly staff.

To finish on a positive note: the breakfast is amazing!!! With lots of vegan options as well.
