Came in to Acura Boston after having a bad experience at Prime Acura. Peter did a great job of listening to my problems and creating an effective plan to fix them that I was happy with. It took a while to get the parts shipped to the shop but after the initial visit to diagnose, my issue was fixed while I was in a loaner in just three days. Pick up was smooth, and payment was easy as it didn t cost an arm and a leg.
