It is pretty disappointing to Uber 40 minutes out ...

It is pretty disappointing to Uber 40 minutes out of my way, wait 15 minutes, be told it's cash only, go get cash, have the barber sit another customer and then deny service when I ask why he thought that was appropriate.

Never given a company a poor review but can say I am pretty frustrated. Would love it if the owner called me so I can speak with them and understand what went down. I hope it is not indicative of their regular customer experience.
