Loved our room. My biggest issue was the lack in beach access. Also minimal food options, so we just ate every meal elsewhere. Definitely did not feel like a resort, as all the building were separated. The service was ok but not great. Tried to use their online concierge that they kept emailing me about before I arrived and I never got a response to any of my requests even after we arrived, so just booked everything myself.
