I have nothing but positive feedback for BMW San Antonio. It was about roughly a week ago my BMW I3 had left me stranded on the side of the road. My girlfriend had called into BMW San Antonio and spoke with the receptionist who quickly transferred the call to the service department. A gentlemen by the name of Ryan Mararac had been assigned to us as our service representative. Ryan was very thorough and professional while going through the service process. It was truly a gold standard experience. Through the week, Ryan had given me updates regarding the status of the vehicle and when the engineers began servicing the car. Everything was seamless, including the courtesy car, and the service staff that greeted me on the way in. I got my car back yesterday and it is back to the way it was!
