I am a longtime MOMA supporter and regular customer to its stores and on online. This year I've learned that MOMA has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I ordered holiday gifts on 12/1. Order is still not here. I have spent hours talking to customer service, and in the last conversation I was told that this is my own fault because I didn t buy the 2 day delivery option 3.5 weeks ago even ---though MOMA promises before 3-7 business days to deliver a package. I m owed an apology and about 5 hours of my life back. Where do I get those? And in the meantime, if this package does not show up tomorrow, I am short 6 gifts.
