Terrible experience. I never received replies to emails (waited more than three weeks), so I had to call in. It took several tries to get through and hours of waiting on hold. When I finally got through, I was treated with such disrespect. The man on the other end of the phone was angry at me, constantly sighing, and vaguely answering my questions. I got interrupted several times and he ended the conversation (even though I had more questions) with "okay, bye." Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
