Kind of disappointing. No one seemed very anxious to help. I also heard another man telling someone who I assume was a manager that there customer service is poor. Granted we were only looking at a scooter but it's still money. We were ready to pay cash right than. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Took my 05 v star 650 bobber in today for a state inspection, best service ever!! Trevor in Service was amazing! Very friendly, courteous and prompt. I was literally in and out in less then an hour! Definitely will be back for maintenance!! Go here!

First and foremost I purchased my 2020 triumph bobber last year, and the sales team was amazing. They got me an outstanding price. Fast forward to now. I recently went to Pete's again to get new handle bars, and exhaust added to my bike. The Parts and Service department are amazing. They got me the exhaust I wanted, and the bars. I love how my bike looks and feels. I always get people asking me about my bike. I will always tell people to go to Pete's for a new motorcycle or to get service done on their bike.

Billy in service has always been upfront and no BS with me which i appreciate. I wanted an upgade to my horn as part of another service i was having done. Instead of just doing it and charging me, He called me to tell me how much extra in labor it would be for a simple upgrade that turned out to jot be so simple. Saved me a few hundred dollars.
There is another gentlemen in parts,(sorry i forget your name) has always been very helpful. Stopped me from making a mistake with the oil i was going to use for my oil change. I wish they never left Bel Air!

My friend and I are from Massachusetts and we'd been searching for a deal on a pair of new Triumph Tiger 800's, and because of availability of bikes and great prices we ended up driving down to Baltimore to Pete's to get our bikes. Jeff Hill was our salesman and he was very helpful getting all the paperwork and the bikes prepped before our arrival. Also the finance department was great. They had everything ready for us when we arrived and we were back on the road headed home within about 90 minutes. Thanks Pete's!

Visited on 3/12/21. Even without an appointment on a sunny, warm day in early riding season they were able to accommodate me. My service advisor, Trevor Neal, was very friendly and prompt with getting me checked in and service started, as well as knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I would recommend this location to anyone, all of the staff seemed very friendly and the on hand inventory offered a great selection.

I am always very happy to bring my bikes to Pete's for service. I appreciate the knowledge that the service department has. I have 6 bikes and rough kids so I feel like I have a bike getting worked on once a week. I always get a good job at a fair cost every time. Do your research before you drop a bike off for service so you can help diagnose the issue and help Pete's solve the problem fast with less time looking for the problem. You can find anything on the web these day's. Again, I am very happy with Pete's.

If I could do zero stars I would. I have never been this upset about a purchase. I purchased a Can-Am spider on 1/6/21, it is now 2/17/21 and I still have no title. I was told I was should get my title in about 12 days.They Keep saying it was sent out in the mail and I should just sit by and wait on it. Soon my temporary tag is going to expire, and I still have no title. So basically I gave them $11,000 and I still do not own this vehicle. I talked to the manager today and he stated that he did not know about the issue at hand until today. $11,000 may seem like pennies to some people but it s a lot of money to me. It seems they don t understand why I am so upset. I absolutely!!!!!!! positively!!!!!! Will never purchase a anything from them again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!! Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere

Pete s Cycles is the most dishonest and unprofessi...

Pete s Cycles is the most dishonest and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My latest terrible encounter has forced me to post this complaint. Pete s Cycles of Baltimore on Belair Road improperly replaced the wiring harness on my Polaris ATV causing several problems including the stator to burn up. Another certified Polaris dealership confirmed the improper installation that directly caused the stator to burn up and require replacement. Pete s management denied the problem, refused to accept photos proving the improper installation, refused to discuss the problem with the other Polaris certified mechanic, and ended any communication with me. The improper wiring harness cost me $1700. The replacement of the burned-up stator cost me $1100. So, over $2800 blown due to Pete s Cycles negligence and lack of integrity. Pete s also wanted me to replace the PDM for another $1000 that was proven to work fine.
If you have been taken advantage of by Pete s Cycles, please respond. They may be able to get over on the small single costumer, but if we consolidate our claims, maybe Pete s Cycles will take notice and do the right thing for all of us.
1 star due to it being the lowest amount value possible but in reality, I give 0/5 stars.
