Pick up service was a nightmare. Although we got there at the right time, we waited over wine hour. After asking, we were ultimately only informed that there was a fault in the system and that our order was not there. We should go to the service center and ask what to do. Of course we would have preferred to get a voucher and simply get our ordered items from the shop - after all, we had already paid online. But this flexibility was not possible. So we could only try to get our money back. We were then sent away without any official confirmation that we had not received our goods. Of course, this is not possible.
