First off, before I started getting my detail, insured that my rear seats were lifted so they could at least vacuum the dirt and hair that has collected there. That never got touched. I also had some stains on the back seat and front seats just from like dirt and sweat. It was shampooed but the stains are still there. It almost seems like they just did a quick wash. Overall, the outside of the truck is clean. And overall from what YOU CAN SEE, it is clean. But I am a detail kind of guy. And I got the FULL DETAIL . The carpet under my seats never got vacuumed, nor did they touch my wheel well. My cubby hole and cup holders wasn t touched AT ALL. On top of everything else, all the little bits of trash and some bottles that were on my floor were just tossed out of the vehicle. All you have to do is put it in a trash bag, but instead it was littered out into the parking lot. I m honestly disappointed and won t be paying that kind of money for details again. $285 I spent for this by the way.
