Completely useless dealership. If I pay over $40 ...

Completely useless dealership. If I pay over $40 for an oil change, I expect service accordingly as well. They didn't wash the car or vacuum even though it is written as part of their included service.

Their reaction when I asked after the fact was was 'oh'. No apology, no nothing....
