I m beyond disappointed with Family Danz. I ve been a faithful customer for about 15 years. Recently I ve had some problems with my equipment that they installed and also service annually. I have been without heat for a week (it s been in the 30 s and snowing). I have yet to hear back from the manager despite repeated attempts to inquire about when this will get fixed. I also have and pay for a Preferred Service Agreement, which is supposed to give me priority. It seems apparent they no longer value their customers or can be relied upon to repair their equipment.
UPDATE: Within minutes of posting a poor review, I received a call from Todd the service manager. He was defensive, unapologetic and argumentative. WOW. So sad to see a company I liked go completely downhill.
ANOTHER UPDATE: Family Danz agreed to partially refund the annual Service Agreement fee I paid, BUT ONLY IF I signed a settlement agreement that I NEVER post a negative review, etc. WOW.
