I have stayed in numerous Hilton properties, but without a doubt this has been the worst. Below is a picture of my closet with the door open all the way. I was there 2 nights before I finally gave up and left for another hotel. I got little sleep because of a constantly cycling motor or pump close by. The room was not really clean, just barely acceptable. This hotel is run down and old. The elevators were clunky, the doors rattled and the ride was bumpy. Desperately needs updating. The staff wanted to help, but they could not do anything. Other people in our group complained of no hot water. I guess I was lucky with hot water. The decor is amusing and weird. The beds were comfortable and the location to the capital great. If they gut this location and rebuild, this could be a great hotel. Right now, for the price, it is not worth it.
