I have nothing but amazing things to say! We stopped in last week just to browse and play with the idea of trading our truck in for something smaller. We ended up staying for almost 2 hours talking and discussing the car with RJ who was a huge help and the nicest person. We test drove the 2019 Golf R but had our eyes on this 2018 which had just been brought in. We ended up putting the deposit down that day and were able to pick up the car yesterday and drop the truck off! Julia was a huge help with figuring out the transfer and all the numbers. They even gave us the cutest coffee mugs and chocolate in our trunk! We are extremely happy with the service here and our new vehicle! Thank you Capilano VW! :)
