I recently took my brother in law Kyle in to meet with Andrew Elliot about a truck. Andrew sold me my Corolla in November and I was so satisfied with it, as well as the customer service I received from Andrew and Lithia. I knew it was the perfect decision to take Kyle there for the purchase, as well as Andrew was the perfect sales consultant for the job. They instantly hit it off, Andrew impressed him with his knowledge and insight for the vehicles. Just like he impressed me. Once Kyle test drove the Tundra and was shown all that it offered, he was hooked (or should I say sold). Andrew worked very diligently to get the payments where Kyle wanted them. He showed once again that he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure his clients are happy and satisfied. Kyle bought the Tundra and the whole family loved it. This family is now becoming a Toyota family. I continue to express how great Lithia is to buy from, I would refer anyone to Andrew and Lithia.
