The room was booked in advance, 2 months in advance. For 2 + 1. For some reason, the reception was given a room for disabled people ... They refused to change, arguing that there were no rooms. Although with me, after our check-in, there were rooms for others who did not speak Russian!
The room itself is terrible. Entourage, ropes with bell buttons, a toilet to climb! The bathroom has no cubicle or curtain. After the shower, everything is flooded with water: the floor to the door and the toilet. There are only 2 sockets for the whole room and they are not near the bed. They are at the window. If one is used under the refrigerator, then the phones need to be charged one by one all night. Old towels, we've seen. The room is extremely uncomfortable, there is no feeling of cleanliness, it looks like a hospital. The reception is not professionals. Ibis disappointed !!
