Just the worst. Still haven't resolved our modest Hurricane Irma claim more than a year after filing. Deny, delay and defend is the name of the game with these people. Do business with PTI at your own risk.

UPDATE: We settled our claim with PTI for an acceptable amount two months after posting this review. I didn't follow the instructions in the canned response to my review. For the record, it took more than a year to come to a fair resolution via numerous phone calls, emails and one attempt at legal intervention.
