I bought a brand new car from JB about 10 mos ago....

I bought a brand new car from JB about 10 mos ago. When we did the paperwork I noticed that "somehow mysteriously" an extended warranty was included on my financing and I adamantly refused this when asked. When I brought it to the attention of the finance guy he acted surprised and apologized for the error. He promised he would fix it. Told me not to worry, no need to call the finance company... All would be well. Yet, here I am trying to refinance my car 10 mos later just to discover that he NEVER took care of it. It's still there, I'm still paying for it. I called JB, spoke to a manager that told me he would cancel it immediately and I should hear back from them the following day. I can't help but feel scammed. It's a sickening feeling. I will NEVER be setting foot back in this dealership again. It's a shame.
