We purchased our furnace from Genz-Ryan in 2007 and have had little to no issues. When we turned it on this fall, it wasn't working properly. Loren from Genz-Ryan came out on a Friday afternoon to take a look. It was an unusual code and he spent a good amount of time testing and diagnosing, including calling the manufacturer. It was determined that either the mother board went bad, or there was an outside electrical issue happening with our house. He helped us schedule an appointment with an electrician for Monday. Not even 30 minutes after he left our house on Friday, he called me and said that they had the part and "let's try this first and see if it works before we do the expense of an electrician." Loren truly went "above and beyond" as he then asked if it was OK if he came out on Saturday to do the repair (his day off). Ta da...it worked!
I can't say "thank you" enough to Loren (and his family) for going the extra mile with customer service to come out on his weekend, saving us time and money. Great guy! Great Work! Great Company!
