I'm pretty certain these people are associated with Andrews Property's which are Steve and Billy Andrews.... they are liers and should not be able to rent property's if they are gonna treat people like they do. They started out ok, property's are not well taken care of, and they don't really fix anything that isn't an emergency, but fairly decent! I was giving permission to leave a property due to family issues back in Tn, (my mom died) so I cleaned everything up nicely, left a brand new AC unit, and expensive room dividers that separated what was one big room into two manageable rooms. I have before and after photos of the rental and was promised a refund on the deposit ( I have all messages and pictures from Steve Andrews and the property) to find out a month later that I wasn't getting my deposit. So either I take him to court or I just lose out. I have spoken to a few other renters of his and have been told this isn't the first time!!!!! People shouldn't treat good people like that. I would just avoid the headache, unless you have no other choice and not much of a care! included are photos of the day I moved in.
