The location of the hotel is good as it offers a good view of the Petronas Tower, however, we've had a bad experience about how staff do their work. The customer service is unpleasant. I have booked a room good for two persons and with me are my mom, aunt and sister so i paid additional fees for 2 persons, 217 RM for each person plus 200 RM for the deposit. So we check in and were inside the room already when the person in the front desk who checked us in phone called and inconveniently asked me to go back downstairs because the amount he indicated in the receipt was wrong which i did not notice at first. So we went back into the room taking some rest when that same person called again and said that he cannot charge the 4th person, only the 3rd person, everything that will be spent by the 4th person will be charged. Im just wondering if that staff knows the rules of the hotel about the additional guests as he does not know how to deal with it. So i agreed knowingly that everything will be okay and be communicated well with the staff on the breakfast buffet that the count of paid guests for the room i reserved is 4 persons even if that staff did not give me any breakfast coupon stating that we are 4 persons and that i paid for that already. Early in the morning after we had a good sleep, we were excited to taste the food that will be offered in the breakfast buffet so we went altogether downstairs in their breakfast area. As we enter GOBO, the staff there said that in the list, the room no. I reserved entitles only 2 persons for the breakfast, so i said that i paid for the additional 2 persons. So we came in and took some food and were about to eat when the lady with a short hair went to us and said in front of other guests that 2 persons only are allowed or entitled to eat so i stood up and said to that lady to check in the front desk about my payment. We went to the front desk and left my food to inconveniently check my payment and convince that lady that i paid enough for all of us. In our side, it is very unethical to just approach us in front of other guests saying that stuff without confirming or counter checking at the front desk about my payment. I just wonder if the staff at this hotel are communicating with each other or do they have in the system the same platform wherein they can check how many guests in the reserved room. For me, my experience here is bad. I reserved a room at this hotel to celebrate my birthday and yet we were humiliated. Im hoping that other guests wont experience the same way we had here.
