I, Dilanth Christas , have a business account with you.
But it was deactivated without any notification as it was recently opened account for the business purpose. I would be really grateful if you can provide me with the information why it was deactivated. When I appealed, you replied that you would like to keep the account closed. Its fine but since its my daily use business money it would really helpful if you can transfer the money to the account I have provided below.
Please make the transfer as soon as possible, since I am in urgent need of money for my business.. as it's been more than a month( 31/10/2020) since you guys closed my account
This is atleast 10th email.... This is just not acceptable from any bank in this covid 19 situation... I just don't know else to say
