This is the worse BMW dealership for customer service I have ever dealt with and I have owned a BMW for more than a decade. They are full of excuses, the rep didn't return phone calls, alledged I wasn't covered by an extended warranty - I had to get the customer "advocate" involved to resolve that issue. Then there were additional repairs that were needed and the rep claimed I didn't call him back to authorize the additional repairs (I was nearly admonished for not using the right numbers to contact him) - after nearly 3 hours of nothingness. He did call back to say, oh yeah I did get your voicemail.

I have had similar experiences in the past with this same dealership, but was assured they were under "new management". I will NOT be returning and if you are in need of efficient service I would not recommend you go to Sterling. I am taking my business to Alexandria!
