These people will schedule an appointment for you. Even if you arrive early, you sit in the waiting room for at least a half hour or longer PAST your appointment time. The woman who did my CAT SCAN, brought me to a small cubby room to change into a gown. She then left. After about 15 minutes I yelled "HELLO!!" to get someones attention. She then emerged from a room across from me, holding her cell phone, and finished up HER personal business!! TOTALLY & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY, SHAPE & FORM!!! SHE NEEDS TO FIND A DIFFERENT JOB THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE INTERACTION WITH THE PUBLIC!!!
