Very busy but I've never had a necessarily bad experience. You will smell unpleasant scents but its to be expected with the volume of pets on site. Everyone is doing something so you might have to wait or take the initiative to get some assistance.

In response to another reviewer -fosters are generous folks that open up their homes and donate their time. Sometimes you absolutely fall in love with their foster pet and as interested adopters ask questions, you become selfish and snipe yourself a new family member. Don't be too upset -there are plenty to go around.

Location sucks but there is parking. I absolutely recommend getting your next pet here.
