Nothing beats the experience where you are looking...

Nothing beats the experience where you are looking at the ocean and eating excellent food prepared by an expert. However, when you arrive with an expectation, but the fish is not firm, the culinary experience kills the ambience. Good service does not make the food taste good. My suggestion would be to take this dish off the menu or rather make a fish pate, rather than having a sub-standard dish on the menu. Everything else on the menu is superb and I will continue to return to this exquisite place to eat something else that is more satisfying.
