Habitual Fitness & Lifestyle is conveniently located in the heart of Mississauga and parking is always easy to find. I have been a member on and off for the last 6 years. The membership packages are extremely affordable and flexible. Since inception, the culture at this gym is by far the best I have ever experienced, and it feels like a big fitness family.
The personal trainers are fantastic.
They are very knowledgeable, helpful, available and engaged.
The sound system and music are great, and they have the best boot camps and instructors in the city hands down.
Warning - this place is highly addictive. If you are looking for an awesome workout and open space, this is the place for you.
