The location is not convenient, and far from the main city, everytime you need to get a tuktuk to the city and they charge higher rate (you need to ask the help from hotel staffs to call the tuktuk/taxi services ). The staffs are not friendly, not helpful, and cannot help to solve the problem. We got a room with water ponding at toilet, the rooms got flies and smelly. We only able to change the room on second day. What an awful experience. The room rate is not cheap, but it is okay, the infinity pool is awesome but with such a poor service from the hotel, it really spoilt our holiday at this place. Wont go back again.
