I was disappointed and irked on the morning of the 21 December, after waiting an hour and 10 minutes at Springfield online collections to pick up my order. I was given an incorrect order and was "politely" told there was no stock of my items. They had replaced my items with alternatives without my knowledge and no notice was sent to me. In addition, I was insulted when one of my items were in a wet and damaged box. I had wished they had informed me of the changes as I had purchased my items on the 8 December but the pickup SMS came on the 21 December. Well done Makro for ruining Christmas.
