It is obvious from our visit to the showroom Karndean is proud of its products and service, My wife and I were made to feel important from the moment we walked in. The showroom system and staff are exceptional and helped us enormously in making a decision on what flooring we wanted. Before retiring I worked in a customer service environment and hence tend to be critical about service received, I can honestly say however I have never experienced anywhere in the UK nor many other countries such a professional service as that given by Karndean - 1st class
