It was an absolutely horrible experience. They are completely non-communicative. They do not return phone calls. They were supposed to email us a plan for my mother-in-law s care. We received nothing from them. They were supposed to set up zoom calls. They never returned our calls, to set them up. They returned her glasses to us, completely mangled. I don t believe they bathed her. We have absolutely no idea what kind of physical therapy, if any, that they did. All they told us was that she could walk 25 steps, so they were discharging her. Thank goodness she was only there, for a short period of time.
