I came here because I know that Sound Ford has the best service department, which sounds strange, but that's the most important long-term relationship when you buy a vehicle. All the "front of the house" staff was welcoming and friendly. Eric was an awesome, no-pressure sales guy who was more interested in educating us and finding the right fit for our situation than trying to quickly sell the first car we drove. Great experience all the way around!
