I scheduled a visit to replace my airbags under recall but the dealer had made a mistake and scheduled a shop visit without having the part on-hand. However, I had a wonderful followup call from Autobahn and they apologized for the inadvertent error and we now have a firm plan to get my vehicle repaired on time and on schedule. As a business owner, I highly respect the follow thru exhibited by Autobahn to make me a very satisfied customer. They did what I would do for my customers.
