Worst customer service of any dealership I've been...

Worst customer service of any dealership I've been to, and unfortunately this was the only Chevy dealer in my area. My car was part of the ignition switch recall and the electrical system (headlights and instrument panel lights too) would shut off completely while I was driving on the highway. I went in to the dealership to explain what my car was doing and to see when the replacement parts would be available. They tried to tell me that didn't seem like the same problem as the recall and handed me a business card and told me to call back in a few weeks. I had to explain to them that the problem could be caused entirely by the ignition switch malfunctioning while I was driving and explain that that was not safe before they would set me up with a rental/loaner car. Over a month later I get a call saying come get your car tonight or you'll have to pay for the rental, so I go to pick up my car and apparently they didn't have time to wash it...even though it was there for over a month. Not only that, but they didn't have time to test drive it to make sure the replacement part even worked or resolved the issue I explained to them. I know because the mileage was exactly the same when I picked it up as it was when I dropped it off. I've had so many problems with my car and Chevy dealerships I will NEVER own another Chevy.
