Great room, location; very clean and nice. And the staff saved me. I boarded the Limousine Bus to Narita today for my flight home to USA and just forgot my backpack with my laptop and other essentials. I left it in the Lobby Lounge at the hotel. Halfway to Narita, I looked for it, realized what I did. Although not all staff are English speakers, I was able to call, determine my backpack was still at the hotel and arrange to have it sent on the next Bus. 90 minutes later the backpack, laptop and all my essentials arrived at the designated location at Narita. Although after living in Tokyo 16 years before returning to USA 3 years ago I always expect great service in Japan, this case was exceptional. It would have been a professional and personal disaster to have lost the materials in my backpack. Many thanks, job well done, atta boy and a BIG Arigato to all staff involved.
