Completely unimpressed on all counts. I'm new to the area and scheduled an appointment for a simple strep test. They had me see an NP. She was awkward and didn't exactly leave me happy with the level of care I received. I also was only in the room for about 5 minutes. Literally, the only services performed were the basic tests (blood pressure, temperature, etc) and a strep test.

They charged my insurance company $275 for an NP to run a strep test on me. That's crazy. I called to talk to someone about my bill. Of course, nobody is available in the billing office during normal work hours... why would they be?

They don't need to worry. I won't be bothering them with any billing questions or my business in the future.
