Jules provides no service whatsoever and does not respect their contractual obligations regarding to maintenance (corresponds to 25 euros per month). It has been since September that I have been living with mice in my room and despite the multiple mails and discussions I had with them nothing has been done. The way they deal with students is very disrespectful. The agency is unorganised and there is a constant incapacity to deal with housing issues.
