Excellent customer service. Friendly staff and they work hard to get you the car you want. Unlike the other dealer (C_____ or S _____ BMW), Who treat you like a number, here in Nick Alexander, they treat the return customer very well and this is my third x5, They call me by names when I first walk in, I always get my car service here. Paul Brewer always know how to get thing done quick and right ! You don't need a "genie" to tell you that ! Btw, Manny the driver is always on time and yes I am always late, but he still greets me with a friendly smile. Tip: if you lease your car and you droves more than you should ( 10k miles per year ) you should consider returning you car sooner (6 months prior) buy a new one sooner and avoid penalty.
