I'm trying to use their product just now. I've filled it out 4 times, doesn't work. I called their help tech, they told me to use Internet Explorer on Mac. IE hasn't been updated since 2003 and is no longer supporter by Microsoft. So... No. I then asked to speak to someone else because that's TERRIBLE tech advice. They put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on me.
I spoke to my employer and they said that Sterling keeps changing the software but not telling them, and it's making things really complicated and frustrating. I don't know much about this space, but I'd certainly look at other products before selecting one that doesn't work well and seems to actively frustrate customers.
