I recently purchased a 2014 certified vehicle with a few miles on it. The service was what most people expect from a dealership, which actually kind of sucks as an idea. Though CarMax has it's problems, one can appreciate the no-haggle premise. In any case, I ended up happy with my deal after the back and forth. They did sell me GAP insurance at a bloated rate saying it was the CU's own rate and after checking with my credit union, I canceled it and bought it through the CU. I informed my CU of this and they said they would escalate my comments. I haven't experienced any other departments besides sales, but I'll be back for service and what not. I feel confident that things will be handled. Other than that, I would recommend getting your next Acura from SM if you do all your research before you go so that you know what's what.
