I fully re-iterate what everyone else has written... Maas Property Management is the most un-professional business I have ever used in any location I've ever lived. I am a property owner and Maas was the only agency willing to "manage" my house out in Simms. That was the last positive experience I had. She took extra money every month for "extra travel", but maybe visited the property 5 times in the 5 or so years she managed it. She always keeps multiple months worth of rent with excuses about when tenants leave like my rental money was her personal savings account. Besides my tenants always having no positive words about dealing with her from their side, the worst was when I found new tenants, sent them to Kris to apply and she tried to convince them to rent a different house!!! Oh my f@#$% god. Really?

Basically, she's incredibly rude to both owner and tenants. She "forgets" payments. She holds what monthly rental income she does pay as long as she possibly can. And she has basically stolen two months of my recent rental income and refuses to return my calls with anything but excuses. How can a person loose their phone for an entire month?

Waiting for the missing money to be accounted for before it becomes a legal matter. I'll happily update this review when that happens.
