We made an appointment with a designer based on positive reviews and were shocked with the result. When the designer go here she immediately asked for more money, then for the meeting to show provide the plans I paid for, she offered M-F at their location which is 45min from my home. I cannot recommend any company that is so customer unfocused. I tried to call to discuss my concerns with the location and when I started to share my concerns we were conveniently disconnected and I tried to reconnect 3 times and was hung up on each time. Is this the kind of company you want to do business with?
