Ridiculous! Have been here in line for 3 hours and still waiting to get in! Talked with a person that walked by and he said that they had gone to lunch. Another person went to inquire and said the same thing and said that he had to leave because these people are not serious. No telling what the service will be like once we get beyond the gate. Gone to Lunch! For real! And all movements stop! SMH! New management needed!
