I had the pleasure of having Daniel Smith of onlythestrongINC and founder of the Wellness Branded Education Team teach me this weekend for my CanFitPro Personal Training Course. Daniel does what many teachers strive for: making learning fun, informative, and inquisitive. While teaching my fellow students and I, Daniel would never fail to get a smile out of us, while at the same time make us want to learn even more. I can personally say that Daniel has managed to make me even more interested in the various aspects of personal training, and the positive mindset he shares about bringing the best part of fitness to everyone.
