I paid for a product on 7/9 and it was just sent ups today 7/31. They failed to tell me they were shutting down for a week to move. They failed to follow up with me on about 95% of the time so it was me always chasing them, calling them, emailing them, IMing to get any feedback or status. With such a high score on Google, I expected so much more. In fairness, I am a out of town client. However, if they did not want my business, they should have told me up front and set my expectations. I have not received the product yet so I really hope that they arrive with no issue and are worth the cost. I will follow up this up with the quality of the product.
