Poor Hotel! Staff unorganised and couldn't care less. Rooms are way overpriced for what you get! Stayed here in January 2019 and there was no heating in my room... Upon check out I tried getting a VAT receipt and the receptionist said she couldn't do this (never had this problem anywhere else).

Also couldn't find my way around the property due to the size. I asked at reception for directions and they halfheartedly told me where to go. I followed their directions and walked in on a private dinner party

Nice grounds but way overpriced for what you get..
