I don't know why it is posting as my daughter but anyway. My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington with Don McNeely as my service advisor is EXCELLENT! He explains everything in details as service, pricing, timing of my car being completed & also resolved a issue I had too. Love the service! Also, I can't leave out the rental people good service there also.
